杨如美，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。毕业于美国犹他大学，主要从事护理信息、老年护理、慢病管理、病人安全等方面教学与研究工作。
学术兼职：2017-2018年美国医学信息护理信息分会学生委员，美国老年协会会员，Sigma Theta Tau Gamma Rho Chapter会员，Noorda-Hartford Fellow。Age and Ageing、JMIR Aging、Journal of Nursing Measurement、Qualitative Health Research、International Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry杂志审稿人.
主要研究方向：致力于使用大数据及临床信息学技术提升老年人及其家庭照顾者生命质量和安全等方面的护理研究。
科研及人才计划项目：南京医科大学第六次引进人才，发表SCI论文10余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇，会议SCI论文30余篇。
